When I became a teacher I discovered a passion for education I have retained to this day. I am a NLE and have the privilege of leading Cherry Orchard School and Children’s Centre in Birmingham.
My PhD thesis, which recently won the British Educational Leadership Management and Administration Society's (BELMAS) prize for Thesis of the Year, is an investigation into different models of school leadership.
