| Preparing for Ofsted Inspection
The National Education Trust has a team of experienced and trained Ofsted inspectors, most of whom are practising headteachers or former HMI. We have been preparing schools for Ofsted inspections for the past six years, from a position of really knowing what inspection teams are looking for, from scrutiny of data to judging capacity to improve. Rooted in the 2012 Ofsted framework, our work with primary, special and secondary schools prepares headteachers and teachers to be able to lead an Ofsted inspection with confidence, using our tried and tested 'Less is More' approach. Schools can commission one or two inspectors for one or two days, with a strong emphasis on professional development for teachers, middle and senior leaders, and governors. Support is given with SEF preparation. The school receives a written report – to an agreed format – within five working days of our visit. Contact director@nationaleducationtrust.net for further details and costs.
