The National Education Trust (NET) is an independent foundation dedicated to improving the quality of education nationwide.
As part of its training and development work, it offers a 4-day programme for primary heads focusing on sustaining successful school leadership. A working group of up to 12 headteachers is envisaged, working across a six month period and linked for that period to one of NET’s tutors. There is some light pre-course reading.
The programme is led by NET Director Roy Blatchford, together with a current primary headteacher.
